Samsung Galaxy Note 2 gets assist from LeBron James
The Miami Heat forward stars in the latest series of Samsung Galaxy Note 2 ads
What's the best way to make the massive Samsung Galaxy Note 2 look normal in someone's hands? Get a guy who's six-foot-seven, 260 pounds to show it off. LeBron James is in the latest series of ads for the Galaxy Note 2 and it should give the device a high profile.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 features a massive 5.5-inch display and while we thought that was too large, we were swayed in our review. That size is definitely not for everyone but if you're OK with that large of a phone, the Galaxy Note 2 is an amazing smartphone.
Marc summed it up well: "The Galaxy Note 2 is a great smartphone because its performance is just ridiculous, battery life is great, reading and consuming multimedia content is great. The size is a pain in the rear sometimes and you really have to decide if all the benefits of the size outweigh the sacrifices you'll have to make. If you can get over the size, buy it. It's pretty good."
LeBron James is coming off a champion season and is arguably one of the most well-known athletes in the world. He probably cost a lot of money to get as an endorser, so you can be sure that Samsung wants the Galaxy Note 2 to succeed.
As a Lakers fan, I can't say I love LeBron but these are some pretty good ads. I've already seen these all over the television, too.
