The Lumia 720 brings higher-end features to the mid-range pricing

Nokia continued its quest to bring its Windows Phone products to more people, as we saw it launch the Lumia 520 for first-time smartphone buyers and it also showed off the Lumia 720 for mid-range buyers.

The Lumia 720 shares a similar design philosophy as the 920, as that polycarbonate build is still there. Look forward to a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 512MB of RAM, an 800 x 480 ClearBlack screen, NFC, wireless charging capabilities and more. This won't have 4G LTE though.

The Lumia 720 will have a 6.7-megapixel camera with a f/1.9 lens. You'll also get some of those neat software "lenses" we've seen from Nokia which let you annotate photos or add location-relevant information to them.

The Nokia Lumia 720 isn't expected to come to the United States but look for it to launch in Europe and China in the third quarter. The phone will cost about $330 when you convert it into American currency.
