Falcon Pro, a Twitter app for Android, just got a whole lot pricier

It's not secret that I love Falcon Pro, a Twitter app for Android. In fact, I have said Falcon Pro should be some kind of measuring stick for all other Android apps. Its design is intuitive and its layout is clean, and it's also stable and reliable. Perhaps the only negative is that its price has now shot up from a mere $1 to a whopping $132.13. I love the app, but I don't love it that much!

The developer has raised its prices to deter people from downloading it. If that sounds unusual to you, it is, but it's a good problem for the developer to have. Twitter has put in place a 100,000 user token limit, and because of its popularity, Falcon Pro has reached that limit in no time.

For now, this rise in cost will deter most, if not all new users from downloading the app. This gives current Falcon Pro users the opportunity to keep using the app, and for the developers to continue updating and refining it.

In the meantime, Falcon Pro developers are going to petition to raise the Twitter user token limits. And because I do like Falcon Pro a lot, I really hope things go their way.
