Samsung Galaxy S II "Hercules" for T-Mobile leaked
Running Android 2.3 Gingerbread, T-Mobile's version of the Galaxy S II includes a larger 4.5-inch screen and a 1.2 Ghz dual-core processor
Remember last week when we hypothesized that the TELUS-branded Samsung "Hercules" was probably going to be T-Mobile’s version of the Samsung Galaxy S II?
Well, now that information appears to be true, as over the weekend, TmoNews obtained leaked photos of the Samsung "Hercules" for T-Mobile USA.
In the leaked photos, the back cover of the unreleased Hercules shows the Galaxy S II name along with T-Mobile USA branding.
All in all the device looks similar to the international Galaxy S II, but a little bit sexier.
While specs aren't confirmed, This is My Next reports the device has a 4.5-inch display, a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm CPU, 1 GB of RAM, and 16 GB of internal storage.
The device is also said to run Android 2.3 Gingerbread and will be T-Mobile USA’s first HSPA+ 42 Mbps device.
Pricing for T-Mobile's Galaxy S II has not yet been detailed, but PocketNow believes it could cost more than $300. A release date is also not known.
